GRANGE FARM Ref: 22/02826/OUT
A new planning application has been submitted on the 29th March 2023 related to Grange Farm in Hartley Wintney. The application number is 22/02826/OUT and comprises 2 areas:
1. Hybrid application for outline application for the erection of up to 100 residential units of sheltered accommodation for occupation by older people together with associated communal facilities and associated works including access, parking, landscaping and drainage.
2. Full application for a change of use of land for the creation of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG), including the provision of a footpath network, landscaping, car park and the provision of all other associated features together with change of use to paddock RG27 8HL
